Cut fresh to order, vacuum-sealed at peak, and cold-secured with ice packs and dry ice in packaging built for cold-chain transit.
Q-03Is there a minimum order?
$99. It keeps every box worth the cold-chain journey. Every $250 in your box unlocks a free gift of your choice at checkout.
Q-04Do I have to subscribe?
No. Most families order one box at a time. If you'd rather set a rhythm, the custom subscription box lets you pick every cut and change it whenever - it's very handy if you're looking to place smaller orders.
Q-05Is it really grass-finished in an Ontario winter?
Yes. Pasture in season, that same forage preserved as silage and hay through winter. Non-GMO, species-specific diets.
